They are universal boat stand from H.A.Kits( www.hakits.co.uk) the cost for a set of four from ebay is £8.50 + £2.00 p/p.

Along with the boat stand, H.A Kits do a series of model boats at what I think is a very reasonable price.  I would think you will do better if you contact H.A.Kits is you are thinking of buying a boat kit and the stands.
